Died on Port Mouton Island 31 July 1781. Bur: Congregational Cemetery, Liverpool (Town Burying Ground). His wife, Abigail House, d.o. Benjamin & Abigail (Merritt) House, was born at Scituate, Mass., died at Liverpool, NS, after 17 Feb 1805.
